Can I put the whole unit under water?
No. Rinse heads only. Do not submerge the motor body.
How long does the battery last?
About 50–60 minutes per charge (1800mAh) — typically one bathroom session. Charge time is about 4 hours. Exact runtime varies with speed and load.
How many extension rods — and how tall?
Two metal extension tubes in every kit. Snap them on for up to about 100cm assembled reach, or use the handle alone for close work.
What if it arrives dead or fails early?
Clean-Start (30 days): DOA or won’t hold a charge—replace or refund. 1-year limited warranty: if the motor or electronics fail from a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we send a replacement unit. Brush heads and pads are consumables (normal wear isn’t covered). Email hushvale.ops@gmail.com with (1) order number, (2) a screenshot of your order confirmation or purchase history, and (3) a short photo/video of the issue. We reply within one business day.
How do I claim the 1-year warranty?
No portal needed. Email hushvale.ops@gmail.com with your order number + a screenshot of the purchase (Shopify order email or account history) + a photo or short clip of the defect. We verify and ship a replacement. You do not need to return the old unit unless we ask.
Is shipping really free—and how long?
Yes for US addresses—the price already includes it. After we hand your order to the carrier, delivery to most US addresses typically takes about 10–20 business days (plus 1–3 business days to process). Tracking on every order.
